About the role
- Lead the full strategy and execution of SEO and AEO programs to drive organic visibility, traffic, and engagement across traditional search and AI-powered platforms.
- Optimize HelloTech’s website performance and conversion funnel, identifying opportunities to improve UX, reduce bounce rate, and increase booking and lead conversions.
- Build and scale high-impact content that ranks in Google, appears in featured snippets, and is favored by LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Partner with design and engineering to execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests.
- Manage technical SEO health including site speed, mobile performance, structured data, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Use AI tools to accelerate content strategy, keyword clustering, and site audits.
- Establish reporting frameworks that track organic traffic, keyword performance, site engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on-site structure and campaigns with SEO and CRO best practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in both D2C and B2B environments.
- 1+ years of AEO experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and execution across SEO, AEO, and CRO initiatives.
- Experience working within Webflow or similar visual CMS platforms.
- Deep technical SEO knowledge including crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing, and JavaScript rendering.
- Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, website analytics, and A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
- Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization, with an understanding of how to rank in AI-powered search experiences.
- High comfort level using AI tools to streamline workflows and optimize content at scale.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CMS environments.
- Strong understanding of content frameworks that balance search demand, UX, and conversion intent.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report on performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across content, design, product, and engineering.
