Translate product requirements into technical approaches
Coach engineers through feedback, performance reviews, and ongoing mentorship
Communicate technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
Proactively surface risks before they become issues

Requirements

10+ years as a Software Engineer
4+ years as Software Engineering Manager
Excellent communication skills, and the flexibility that is necessary for working in a small, globally distributed team.
Advanced English writing and speaking skills
7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL
Strong experience with vanilla Javascript
Write clean, maintainable HTML and CSS
Ability to work independently and solve problems without direct orders.
