Product Analyst

• Partner with Product Managers to define, measure and track North Star metrics and leading indicators for every initiative tackled, connecting them to the overall OKRs
• Work with product managers to establish, implement, and analyze product conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and feature updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from the design and product teams, providing them with the necessary insights to inform their decisions.

• Serve as a trusted operational partner to Sales leadership by ensuring processes, tools, and reporting support consistent execution.
• Manage the monthly commission cycle, extracting closed-won data from HubSpot and applying complex logic (accelerators, multipliers) to generate accurate payout statements.
• Support pipeline visibility and forecasting processes by maintaining reports and dashboards in HubSpot.

• Partner with Sales and Customer teams to support security reviews and enterprise deals

• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and security risks across the organization
• Apply a risk-based approach to compliance, making informed trade-offs that balance regulatory requirements with business and product needs
• Monitor and manage compliance incidents, requests, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation
• Leverage tools (e.g., Vanta) to track compliance posture, automate workflows, and improve reporting
