About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to commercial leadership, translating sales data into actionable guidance
- Design and enhance executive dashboards in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility of pipeline, forecasts, targets, and account coverage
- Analyze the sales funnel, sales cycles, and manager-level performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Produce weekly and monthly reports focused on revenue predictability and commercial efficiency
- Support CRM governance, ensuring data discipline, quality, and standardization
- Contribute to the evolution of the commercial process (SOP), recommending data-driven improvements
- Support forecasting rituals and executive meetings with consistent analyses and strategic insights
- Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives within the area
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Intelligence, or Sales Management
- Strong experience in funnel analysis, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial KPIs
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
- Analytical ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Strong communication skills for interacting across multiple organizational levels
- Advanced English (global operating context)
