Bookkeeper

• Prüfen, kontieren und buchen sämtlicher Belegarten.
• Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach deutschem HGB.
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.
• Bearbeitung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen.
• Verwaltung des Zahlungswesens, inklusive der Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und der Pflege von Kreditorenstammdaten.
• Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Verwaltung der gesamten Buchhaltung.

Buchhalter – m/w/d

• Review, code, and post all types of accounting documents
• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Preparation of VAT advance returns
• Processing of travel expense and credit card statements
• Managing payment operations, including processing incoming invoices and maintaining vendor master data
• Accurate and diligent management of the overall accounting function

Accountant – m/f/d

• Review, code and post all types of accounting documents
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare VAT returns
• Process travel expense and corporate credit card statements
• Manage payment processes, including processing incoming invoices and maintaining vendor/creditor master data
• Ensure accurate and diligent management of the overall accounting function
