- Lead, develop, and coach a team direct reports to ensure high performance, accountability, and team spirit.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 12-18 years of B2B technical sales experience,
- Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with strong industry network and deep market knowledge is preferred.
- Strong sales and technical aptitude
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Ability to establish rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- High resilience and ability to handle customer rejection.
- Compliance with company instructions, guidance, and strategy.
