About the role

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team direct reports to ensure high performance, accountability, and team spirit.
  • Build strong relationships with Food & Beverages key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure strong alignment between APAC strategy and India execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 12-18 years of B2B technical sales experience,
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with strong industry network and deep market knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong sales and technical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Ability to establish rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • High resilience and ability to handle customer rejection.
  • Compliance with company instructions, guidance, and strategy.
  • Quick learner who adapts well to new cultures and environments.
