About the role
- Full responsibility for sustainable and profitable revenue growth within your sales territory
- Active sales of industrial air filtration systems, dust collection, and related services
- Independent management, development, and expansion of your customer base (resellers, OEMs, end users)
- Technical consultation of customers and development of customized solutions in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., project engineering)
- Identification and development of new market segments to strengthen market presence
- Establishment of long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
- CRM-supported sales management, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities
- Close collaboration with internal project and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of customer projects
- Travel: up to 40%
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training, preferably with a technical background
- Several years of sales experience with technical, consultative products
- Fluent Dutch and good English skills
- High willingness to travel and strong enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Residence within the assigned sales territory and ability to work from home
- Experience in industrial filtration, air purification, or related process technologies (preferred qualification)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and structured sales management (preferred qualification)
- Confident communication style across different decision-making levels (preferred qualification)
