About the role

  • Responsible for sustainable and profitable sales growth in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory
  • Proactively sell industrial air filtration solutions and services
  • Independently manage, develop and expand the customer base (resellers, OEMs, end customers)
  • Provide technical consulting to customers and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal departments
  • Expand market presence by identifying and developing new market segments
  • Manage and document all sales activities in the CRM system, including forecasting and reporting
  • Work closely with project engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of customer projects

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training, ideally with a technical background
  • Professional experience in the sales of technically complex products
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • High willingness to travel and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Based in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory with the ability to work from home
  • Experience in industrial filtration, air purification or related process technologies
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales management
  • Experience in project business or technical solution sales
  • Confident presence when engaging with stakeholders at various decision-making levels
