About the role
- Responsible for sustainable and profitable sales growth in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory
- Proactively sell industrial air filtration solutions and services
- Independently manage, develop and expand the customer base (resellers, OEMs, end customers)
- Provide technical consulting to customers and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal departments
- Expand market presence by identifying and developing new market segments
- Manage and document all sales activities in the CRM system, including forecasting and reporting
- Work closely with project engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of customer projects
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training, ideally with a technical background
- Professional experience in the sales of technically complex products
- Excellent German and good English skills
- High willingness to travel and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Based in the Northern/Eastern Germany sales territory with the ability to work from home
- Experience in industrial filtration, air purification or related process technologies
- Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales management
- Experience in project business or technical solution sales
- Confident presence when engaging with stakeholders at various decision-making levels
