About the role

  • Extract and maintain monthly financial databases
  • Analyze financial datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or SQL
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide clear, concise insights
  • Support automation of recurring financial reports and processes
  • Monitor key financial KPIs and provide variance analysis
  • Assist in ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or financial analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
