About the role
- Develop original visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, email communications, digital advertising, and printed materials.
- Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, working closely with the marketing manager and wider team to ensure consistency.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and People teams to translate ideas and briefs into clear, compelling design outputs.
- Create web-ready assets and design layouts that enhance the user experience, collaborating with developers to ensure visuals are optimised for responsiveness and accessibility.
- This will form a meaningful part of this role, particularly for social, product, and marketing content.
- Prepare artwork for print, including brochures, large-scale banners, posters, and event materials, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment from design to delivery.
- Stay curious about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in areas such as AI in design, motion, and brand accessibility, and share ideas for how we can elevate our visual storytelling.
Requirements
- Portfolio of work: Able to showcase a range of examples across different media types, demonstrating versatility and creative thinking.
- B2B marketing design experience: Experience creating design work for B2B brands, with an understanding of how to communicate clearly and confidently to professional audiences.
- Software proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or similar), and experience with After Effects and basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro or similar)
- Brand consistency: Ability to follow and adapt existing brand guidelines.
- Typography and layout: Understanding of visual hierarchy and readability principles.
- Web design: Understanding of web layout principles and ability to collaborate with developers.
- Motion graphics: Experience in creating and editing for use across digital platforms
- Attention to detail: Strong eye for alignment, colour, and spacing.
- Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility in design principles.
- Time management: Capable of juggling multiple briefs under deadlines.
