Graphics Designer

• Develop original visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, email communications, digital advertising, and printed materials.
• Help maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, working closely with the marketing manager and wider team to ensure consistency.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and People teams to translate ideas and briefs into clear, compelling design outputs.
• Create web-ready assets and design layouts that enhance the user experience, collaborating with developers to ensure visuals are optimised for responsiveness and accessibility.
• This will form a meaningful part of this role, particularly for social, product, and marketing content.
• Prepare artwork for print, including brochures, large-scale banners, posters, and event materials, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment from design to delivery.
• Stay curious about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in areas such as AI in design, motion, and brand accessibility, and share ideas for how we can elevate our visual storytelling.
