• Own the customer program end-to-end: from contract signature through expansion. You're accountable for outcomes, not activities, and every engagement you lead has a single owner (you), clear milestones, and a cadence that keeps everyone (internally and externally) moving as the program manager
• Partner with account team to ensure every engagement is scoped to be delivered with excellence, bridging what is sold with what can be executed
• Direct the delivery pod (our Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams) for customer engagements. Put capacity where it creates the most value and keep programs on track across milestones, stakeholder communication, and account health
• Earn trust at every level: from C-suite sponsors to the data scientists running models in production. You close the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day delivery
• Lead the room in solutioning conversations: connect how Domino builds, scales, and governs AI to the outcomes customer leadership actually cares about. You operate as a peer, not a vendor
• Make adoption real: drive rollout, enablement, and change management so what your team ships gets used, not shelved

Engagement Manager – Lead

QA Engineer

• Pick up the existing automation framework, extend it to under-covered surfaces, and harden it for a higher-velocity merge environment
• Push automated coverage on critical paths (policy gates, audit trail, RBAC, lineage, data connectors) toward 100%, and hold the line as merge velocity climbs
• Drive customer-reported defects on compliance-critical surfaces toward zero
• Build an LLM-assisted test pipeline that matches AI-accelerated development with AI-accelerated testing
• Make quality posture visible to leadership through a living risk and coverage map both teams own

Senior Quality Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Lead the development of Domino's internal AI-assisted reliability tooling, including systems that analyze tickets, logs, traces, and documentation to help teams resolve outages faster with less recurring toil
• Improve the observability coverage and signal quality for our most critical customer-facing systems, so engineers have more to work with throughout the development and support lifecycle
• Own incident response end-to-end, from detection to remediation, and leave each problem space better documented, better understood, and less likely to recur
• Guide the development of customer and user-facing observability tools within our products
• Define and mature SLO/SLI frameworks for priority services, turning abstract reliability goals into measurable, actionable standards
• Scale cloud operations practices for Domino’s single-tenant SaaS offering, and work with engineering teams to improve the reliability and repeatability of customer deployments and upgrades
• Mentor other engineers and shape how SRE is practiced at Domino, including incident response workflows, operational readiness expectations, and post-incident learning culture

Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Solutions Engineer

• Build custom solutions for customers that integrate with Domino to enhance the customer experience. The solutions built should be well documented, tested, and the rest of the PS team should be enabled on the solution
• Collaborate with the larger Domino team to ensure that the customer's voice is being heard with regards to feature or bug prioritization as well as feedback on the platform
• Create reproducible artifacts that address recurring client needs, enhancing efficiency and consistency in our delivery process. These artifacts should follow best practices, be tested in various scenarios, and have thorough documentation
• Regularly solicit feedback from customers regarding the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of solutions delivered. Use this feedback not only as a metric of personal success but also as a means to identify areas of improvement, ensuring that the solutions provided align perfectly with client needs and expectations

Solutions Engineer – Public Sector

• Own our CI/CD systems end-to-end: audit the current state, redesign where needed, and drive measurable improvements in pipeline reliability, build/test cycle time, and overall developer experience within the first six months
• Lead the adoption of standardized QE practices and testing frameworks across engineering teams, reducing inconsistency in coverage and establishing a shared standard for quality across the organization within your first year
• Drive increased automation of QE processes using AI-assisted tooling (such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor), accelerating development velocity while maintaining rigorous standards
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1–3 Quality Engineers: supporting their technical development, career growth, and day-to-day effectiveness, with a goal of visibly improving team velocity and reducing defect escape rates
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product to shift quality earlier in the development lifecycle, building a culture where defect prevention is prioritized over defect detection
• Establish structured knowledge sharing and process documentation that enables the team to scale its impact beyond its headcount

Quality Engineering Team Lead

• Lead technical evaluations and demonstrations of the Domino platform for Enterprise customers in a multitude of industry verticals
• Design and execute proof-of-concept deployments tailored to each customer’s environment and mission needs, showcasing Domino’s integration with their data science workflows and infrastructure
• Collaborate with account executives to craft solution architectures that meet industry-specific security and compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5)
• Develop and maintain reusable demonstration environments and technical assets that accelerate future sales cycles
• Drive post-POC adoption readiness by partnering with Customer Success and Solutions Architects to ensure a smooth handoff into deployment
• Success will be evident through higher technical win rates, reduced time to close, and increased adoption within key prospect accounts

• Engage deeply with the technical problems customers are trying to solve — taking the time to genuinely understand their workflows, constraints, and frustrations before proposing anything. The goal is always to find the best solution for the customer, not to fit them to a predetermined answer.
• Design and run hands-on proof-of-concept projects tailored to each customer's environment: model development for drug discovery, clinical analytics pipelines, regulatory submission workflows, omics data processing, and similar use cases.
• Work with account executives to design architectures that address life sciences-specific requirements around data governance, reproducibility, and validation (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP environments).
• Proactively identify novel use cases within life sciences customers where Domino could create meaningful value — drawing on industry knowledge to surface opportunities that customers may not have considered and that go beyond the initial scope of an engagement.
• Build and maintain reusable technical environments and assets that make future customer engagements faster and more substantive.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Architects to make sure customers who complete a POC are set up to succeed in production.
• Build custom prototypes and applications on top of Domino for customers — using AI-assisted coding tools to move quickly — to demonstrate value in ways that go beyond standard demos. This reflects our directional shift toward Forward Deploy Engineering as a growing part of field work over the next 12 months.
• Success is most visible when customers come away from technical engagements with a clear understanding of how Domino solves their problems — and when those engagements convert to production deployments.

Solutions Engineer, Life Sciences

Account Executive

• Develop deep understanding of your accounts, including: data science initiatives and how Domino solutions align to them, key stakeholders, competitors, partners
• Open and maintain relationships with executives at the Director, Exec Dir, VP and C-level. Specifically, have natural text-message communications with at least 2-3 people
• Uncover opportunities for the customer/prospect to use Domino software, set the selling strategy and execute on the sales cycle
• Contribute meaningfully in building our Life Sciences business by generating $7.5m-$10m in pipeline by the end of FY27
• Close $2.5M+ of new ARR by the end of FY28
• Position Domino for success in the account by properly aligning our people to the customer. Specifically making it clear how product management, services, sales and executive leadership engage with the customer
• Manage and communicate with the customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors
