Full-stack Engineer

• Build and enhance foundational Data Platform and Governance capabilities that improve how users access, track, and manage data and AI assets across Domino
• Contribute to and extend the open-source technologies that underpin Domino’s data and metadata systems
• Develop clear, thoughtful technical designs and effectively communicate architectural decisions to engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Raise the quality bar across the codebase through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship of fellow engineers
• Partner closely with product managers to shape requirements, plan work, and deliver well-scoped solutions on time with high technical integrity

Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform

Account Executive

• Build and manage a pipeline of 3-4x quota focused entirely on net-new Federal Defense Agencies
• Conduct deep account research and territory mapping to identify high-potential targets, understand their business challenges, technology stack, and competitive landscape, then develop targeted outreach strategies
• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including personalized outreach, executive engagement, event-based selling, Tech Alliance partners, VARs and creative approaches to break into accounts where you have no existing relationships
• Lead complex sales cycles from first contact through close including discovery, solution positioning, proof of concept/pilot coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution across 4-6 concurrent opportunities
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources (sales engineering, product, customer success, legal, security) effectively despite limited availability, ensuring each interaction adds maximum value to the sales process
• Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews within large Federal agencies, managing vendor questionnaires, security assessments, contract redlines, and compliance requirements that can extend cycles by months

Account Executive, Public Sector – Defense

• Build and manage a pipeline of 3-4x quota focused entirely on net-new FSI accounts, with particular emphasis on mid-market to enterprise financial institutions ($500M-$10B+ in assets/revenue)
• Conduct deep account research and territory mapping to identify high-potential targets, understand their business challenges, technology stack, and competitive landscape, then develop targeted outreach strategies
• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including personalized outreach, executive engagement, event-based selling, and creative approaches to break into accounts where you have no existing relationships
• Lead complex sales cycles from first contact through close including discovery, solution positioning, proof of concept/pilot coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution across 4-6 concurrent opportunities
• Pipeline generation metrics: Maintain 3-4x coverage with specific activity benchmarks such as 30+ meaningful executive conversations per quarter, 20+ qualified opportunities created annually, and 15%+ pipeline-to-close conversion rate
• Sales cycle efficiency: Average time-to-close of 12-15 months (faster than typical FSI cycles), measured from first meaningful conversation to signed contract, demonstrating ability to accelerate complex deals
• Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews within large financial institutions, managing vendor questionnaires, security assessments, contract redlines, and compliance requirements that can extend cycles by months

Account Executive, FSI

Customer Success Manager

• Represent Domino during a pivotal period in the customer’s lifecycle; understand and speak to Domino's value proposition in an increasingly competitive and crowded market
• Drive conversations and kick start migration conversations to drive Domino Cloud adoption among VPC and Onprem existing customers
• Work closely with the Scaled CS team to automate CS initiatives and bring a digital experience to listed accounts (roadmap updates, education updates, events, surveys)
• Demonstrate your Domino product expertise and ML Ops / AI knowledge to have meaningful, consultative conversations with customers throughout their renewal process
• Leverage data and insights alongside your understanding of the customer’s goals to prescribe commercial terms that align with the needs of the business
• Identify and secure upsell opportunities where applicable, whether at renewal or mid-cycle
• Partner with the Sales Team to ensure on-time delivery of customer renewals without compromising the customer experience along the way
• Maintain and report an accurate forecast for all renewals in your portfolio
• Communicate to the business risks identified and develop resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate
