About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver solution architectures that integrate Domino into customer IT landscapes across infrastructure, data, identity, and security.
Build, test, and document new field integrations with ecosystem technologies, and enable the broader Solutions team on them.
Partner with account and sales-engineering teams on scoping, custom demos, and proofs of concept that address real customer use cases.
Create reproducible, well-tested artifacts — reference architectures, integration templates, runbooks — that improve delivery consistency.
Gather field requirements and feature requests and translate them into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
Continuously grow across cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI/ML tooling, applying new skills directly in customer solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years professional technical experience, including 1+ year in a client-facing consulting/solutions role.
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in complex, often regulated, enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes, including managed offerings (EKS, AKS, GKE).
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong Linux fundamentals; distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Dask) a plus.
Experience with APIs, integrations, identity providers (SAML/OIDC, Keycloak), and CI/CD pipelines.
Programming experience in Python and/or R (Bash/Terraform a plus).
Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into secure, compliant architectures.
Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience (Domino or comparable tooling) a strong plus.
Excellent communication: able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
