  • Manage the preparation of loan documents.
  • Conduct legal research to stay up to date with changes in state laws and regulations of compliance.
  • Advise on legal implications and risks related to loan documents.
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals while ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the team.
  • Review and analyze system generated loan documents.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of experience in Real Estate Law
  • Active Bar member in good standing within your state
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
