About the role

  • Define and execute the UK sales strategy to deliver growth, customer value and regulatory excellence
  • Lead internal and outsourced sales operations, ensuring consistent performance and conduct
  • Own UK sales targets, including revenue, conversion, margin and customer value
  • Provide oversight of outsourced partners across performance, risk, quality and contractual outcomes
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation, pricing and proposition strategy
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA requirements, SMCR responsibilities and internal policies
  • Lead performance management, KPIs, MI and strategic interventions
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure capacity aligns with sales demand
  • Drive colleague capability, engagement and incentives while managing conduct risk
  • Lead pricing analysis and commercial optimisation
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to wider UK Operations strategy and transformation

Requirements

  • Expertise in regulated sales operations (financial services, insurance or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of FCA conduct rules and SMCR governance
  • Experience leading large, multi-channel sales teams across internal and outsourced models
  • Advanced commercial and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proven track record delivering significant sales performance at scale
