About the role
- **Sales & Marketing Coordinator**
- **Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:**
- - Monitor and update property listings across distribution partners, ensuring accuracy of room types, meal plans, facilities, imagery, and key property information.
- - Ensure consistency between contracts, property factsheets, and online listings, coordinating internal updates when required.
- - Support the preparation and launch of campaigns and flash sales by conducting content checks, verifying descriptions and inclusions, and coordinating internal approvals before publication.
- - Complete and manage partner documentation, including Hotel Information Forms, audit forms, and content questionnaires, while supporting partners with content-related queries.
- - Provide coordination and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including maintaining trackers for partner updates, initiatives, and seasonal readiness, and supporting the onboarding of new properties.
- - Coordinate internal sign-offs before listings or updates go live and ensure externally published content reflects approved messaging.
- - Contribute to the readiness and accuracy of commercial content across channels while gaining exposure to hotel sales and marketing operations.
- - Participate in property visits, partner events, or other commercial activities when required.
Requirements
- **Useful to have:**
- - Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism**, or a related field.
- - **Minimum 2 years of experience **in content writing, hotel sales support or sales & marketing coordination roles.
- - Excellent **written and verbal English**, at a **native speaker level.**
- - Highly **digitally literate**, with experience using **AI-powered tools** and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.
- - **Bonus:** skills in **social media management** or **basic graphic design**.

- - Basic understanding of **hotel operations, distribution channels, or travel industry practices** is a plus.
- - **Willingness to travel occasionally** within Greece as required.
