About the role

  • Support the execution and ongoing improvement of Domaine’s outbound and nurture efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Help monitor engagement and interest signals to support effective follow-up and prioritization.
  • Support post-event and campaign follow-up efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Monitor pipeline visibility and reporting by ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Assist with tracking performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline health.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes, workflows, and enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a team-based sales motion.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
