About the role
- Support the execution and ongoing improvement of Domaine’s outbound and nurture efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Help monitor engagement and interest signals to support effective follow-up and prioritization.
- Support post-event and campaign follow-up efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing.
- Monitor pipeline visibility and reporting by ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Assist with tracking performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline health.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes, workflows, and enablement efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a team-based sales motion.
- Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
- [Preferred] Exposure to outbound or account-based sales approaches.
- [Preferred] Curiosity about using technology or AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
