About the role
- Lead day-to-day physical security operations for Dolby’s San Francisco headquarters and offices within the Americas
- Manage performance of Dolby’s U.S.-based security vendor
- Oversee contract management, vendor reviews, and renewal processes
- Serve as the primary onsite escalation point for incidents
- Partner with the GSOC to maintain consistent global response protocols
- Ensure GSOC processes deliver timely emergency notifications
- Develop, standardize, and maintain global security procedures
- Collaborate with EHS and Workplace Operations on emergency preparedness
Requirements
- 5+ years in corporate security operations, vendor management, incident response, or GSOC coordination, preferably within a global environment
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Proficiency in physical security operations, access control systems, incident management, and global emergency communication practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate security, operations, or a related field
- Ability to travel internationally and participate in an on-call rotation
