Business Operations

• You support the planning, management and documentation of group-wide projects, from the initial concept to successful rollout in our medical practices.
• You keep track of milestones and coordinate alignments with internal teams such as Legal, Operations and the medical practices, as well as with external partners and IT service providers.
• You actively support transformation processes in the practices and communicate changes clearly and understandably.
• You prepare status reports, conduct independent research and prepare decision documents.
• You maintain our project management tools, contribute to the further development of our ways of working and assist in analyzing project-related metrics.
• Depending on the project, your responsibilities may also include tasks such as marketing coordination or website maintenance.
