About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the planning, management and documentation of group-wide projects, from the initial concept to successful rollout in our medical practices.
You keep track of milestones and coordinate alignments with internal teams such as Legal, Operations and the medical practices, as well as with external partners and IT service providers.
You actively support transformation processes in the practices and communicate changes clearly and understandably.
You prepare status reports, conduct independent research and prepare decision documents.
You maintain our project management tools, contribute to the further development of our ways of working and assist in analyzing project-related metrics.
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may also include tasks such as marketing coordination or website maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced studies in Business, Change Management or Project Management.
Initial practical experience in project management, ideally in digital projects; start-up or scale-up experience is an advantage.
Strong interest in organization and coordination, a structured working style and high standards for result quality.
Team player with a hands-on mentality, reliability and self-initiative.
Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (business fluent).
Affinity for the healthcare sector and interest in digital health are a plus.
