Technical Product Manager

• Translate the VP’s strategy into a sequenced backlog of problems, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the Engineering team can deliver continuously.
• Keep work “thin-sliced” so the team can ship frequently, learn quickly, and reduce risk through iteration.
• Maintain a disciplined cadence of backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and scope negotiation to keep delivery predictable without slowing innovation.
• Leverage your hands-on DevOps experience and expertise in the real-world workflows of the professionals you’re building for - especially cloud operators and practitioners.
• Use firsthand domain knowledge and ongoing customer conversations to identify friction, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Prioritize enhancements that materially improve outcomes: speed, reliability, clarity, safety, governance, cost impact, or operational simplicity.
• Often speak with customers (aiming for 3-5 calls a week) and cross-functional DoiT stakeholders regularly to test ideas, validate assumptions, and pressure-test tradeoffs.
• Communicate clearly and confidently: share concepts early, take feedback openly, synthesize input into decisions, and explain “why” in a way that builds trust.
• Rely on your hands-on, DevOps experience to go deep with stakeholders (internal/external) into the technical details of the problem, our solution, and the contexts and environments in which both of these exist.
• Support beta/design-partner motions where appropriate by shaping hypotheses, success criteria, and rollout plans.
• Operate as a core member of the component’s Engineering team - present in daily collaboration, crisp in decision-making, and pragmatic about constraints.
• Partner with Engineering leads on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning - ensuring product intent survives implementation realities.
• Ensure the component is cohesive across UX, APIs, data, and operational behavior - and that it meets a high bar for reliability and customer trust.
• Define what “success” means for the component with clear metrics (adoption, activation, workflow completion, time-to-value, retention, reliability signals, customer-reported impact).
• Instrument learning: make sure releases are measurable and that insights reliably flow back into prioritization.
• Own release readiness for your component: documentation, enablement inputs, and clear communication of what’s new and why it matters.
• Ensure product requirements account for real-world cloud environments: IAM boundaries, auditability, guardrails, and safe defaults.
• Partner with security, support, and customer teams to anticipate edge cases and ensure the component earns trust over time.

Technical Product Owner, Kubernetes

• Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows that enable the engineering team to execute them efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product-market fit and enhance user experience.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on performance insights.
• Partner with marketing and sales to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the customer’s advocate internally, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation, adoption, growth, and renewals.
• Influence and contribute to PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.

Customer Success Manager

• Own a portfolio of accounts and facilitate the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• Deliver rapid “time to first value” (TTFV) for onboarding customers by delivering effective customer training and enablement on DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ and driving the customer onboarding checklist
• Build deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects) and find new ways to engage with the customer team to ensure both depth and breadth of impact in the customer’s business
• Perform business context discovery in partnership with the Forward Deployed Engineering team (and other relevant DoiT teams) to uncover opportunities for integrated use case implementation using DoiT Cloud Intelligence™
• Build trust and transparency with customers as a customer advocate and provide valuable input to our product feedback loop (operating as the “voice of the customer”)
• Maintains the Customer 360 record, ensuring that details for all customer touchpoints, workflows, and health metrics are accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with our marketing team on customer advocacy opportunities (e.g. case studies, customer interviews)
• Identify, escalate, and manage risk utilizing customer data: health scores, product usage, and customer sentiment
• Create effective mitigation plans in collaboration with DoiT Account Managers, Product, Forward Deployed Engineering, and DoiT leadership
• Identify and qualify expansion and growth opportunities throughout the customer journey for execution by the Account Management team
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to the Account Management team for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and renewals
• Provide feedback on internal Customer Success playbooks and processes
• Maintain a proficient understanding of DoiT’s products and services and customer use cases to advise customers on how to leverage DoiT solutions more effectively

• Own a portfolio of DoiT’s most strategic accounts and facilitate the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion
• Strategically manage and prioritise the customer portfolio to proactively drive engagement, deliver value, and ensure the focus on high-impact accounts.

• Build deep and healthy relationships with key customer stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects) and find new ways to engage with the customer team to ensure both depth and breadth of impact in the customer’s business. Effectively identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive alignment, value realization, and strategic outcomes
• Perform business and technical discovery in partnership with the Forward Deployed Engineering team (and other relevant DoiT teams) to uncover opportunities for integrated use case implementation using DoiT Cloud Intelligence™
• Support customer cost optimization and FinOps maturity in close collaboration with our Forward Deployed Engineering and Account Management teams
• Build trust and transparency with customers as a customer advocate and provide valuable input to our product feedback loop (operating as the “voice of the customer”)
• Maintains the Customer 360 record, ensuring that details for all customer touchpoints, workflows, and health metrics are accurate and up-to-date
• Proactively surface customer advocacy opportunities and coordinate with our marketing team on case studies, customer interviews, speaking events, etc.
• Identify, escalate, and manage risk utilizing customer data: health scores, product usage, and customer sentiment
• Create effective mitigation plans in collaboration with DoiT Account Managers, Product, Forward Deployed Engineering, and DoiT leadership
• Presents customer risk and escalation status and portfolio-level trends to senior DoiT leadership in support of ongoing improvements to DoiT tools and offerings
• Identify and qualify expansion and growth opportunities throughout the customer journey for execution by the Account Management team
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to the Account Management team for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and renewals
• Continuously provide input into the refinement of DoiT’s internal Customer Success playbooks and processes
• Delivers knowledge sharing sessions in CSM team meetings related to CS best practices, cloud, FinOps, and DoiT tools
• Maintain a deep, technical understanding of DoiT’s products and services and customer use cases to advise customers on how to leverage DoiT solutions more effectively
