About the role
- Partner with senior leaders to drive the company’s strategic plan with a focus on inorganic growth.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate performance, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth strategic and financial analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, efficiency improvements, and resource allocation.
- Prepare board and executive level presentations with clear recommendations rooted in data and market insights.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform corporate strategy.
- Support evaluation of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A initiatives.
- Build financial and strategic models to assess market entry, product expansion, and inorganic growth opportunities.
- Conduct research and lead due diligence to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment bank, Private Equity firm, corporate FP&A or a related strategic finance role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level and board presentations and memorandum.
- Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and executive teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
