About the role
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather key assumptions and ensure cross-functional consistency.
- Analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial and operational data.
- Support long-term inventory tracking and forecasting for various hardware SKUs
- Partner with fulfillment team to evaluate inventory levels and make decisions around purchases
- Identify ways to streamline and automate ongoing inventory reporting and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA or CPA preferred).
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, and AI-driven technology)
