Establish and maintain accurate ship-to addresses and part-number cross-references within SAP.
Enter customer orders into system and verify delivery schedules for accuracy.
Upload and maintain customer material schedules on external customer websites as required.
Review customer forecasts, identify changes, and update databases accordingly.
Support Managing Director and Supply Chain Manager with projects and tasks as assigned.
Proactively use SAP and coordinate with IT to resolve system-related issues; maintain accurate records.
Requirements
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Familiarity with order entry processes and basic accounting principles.
Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
SAP experience strongly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
