About the role

  • Provide expert technical leadership across integration projects.
  • Lead end-to-end integration design and delivery (APIs, data exchange, middleware, workflow).
  • Run integration delivery processes from requirements to release.
  • Lead customer workshops and interface design.
  • Coach engineers, support testing, and reinforce a disciplined, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Several years in integration engineering/software development, including customer-facing technical leadership.
  • Hands-on with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, REST/GraphQL, Postgres/DynamoDB, and AWS.
  • Strong in API/data/middleware integrations and integration artefacts (mappings, API contracts, sequence diagrams, data flows).
  • Led end-to-end integration delivery from requirements to testing and release.
  • Confident leading workshops and technical discussions.
  • Experienced coaching engineers, guiding delivery, and leading structured troubleshooting.
