• Create positive client experiences and measurable outcomes
• Establish and uphold project governance
• Ensure all changes are effectively managed and communicated
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on progress, financials, and risks
• Support seamless transitions from sales to delivery
• Contribute to internal improvements through insights and reporting
