About the role
- Define and execute the technical strategy, lead and grow the core engineering and QA teams, and establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, provide hands-on technical guidance, champion agile and CI/CD processes, and manage engineering risks.
- Partner closely with Product and other business teams to deliver impactful solutions, communicating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture.
Requirements
- College or university degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
