About the role
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for designated life sciences accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Regular travel locally and internationally, engaging in various face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry networking events.
- Drive the expansion of Docuvera usage within existing accounts by identifying high-value business cases and strategic opportunities for platform adoption.
- Ensure Docuvera is positioned and established as the core content creation platform across a variety of interlinked business functions including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Medical Writing, and other relevant domains.
- Identify, define, and support the scoping of new use cases in collaboration with customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain strategic customer success plans, aligning platform capabilities with the evolving business and regulatory requirements of each account.
- Collect, consolidate, and provide structured product feedback loops, helping prioritize enhancements that drive customer value and increase platform adoption.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for ecosystem expansion, including AI integrations and complementary external services that interface with Docuvera from both a technical and process perspective.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to your customers, ensuring Docuvera is recognized as a critical enabler of structured content transformation across departments and use cases.
- Represent Docuvera at strategic meetings, executive briefings, and life science industry events.
- Support pre-sales activities such as provide strategic guidance on RFP/RFI responses such that Docuvera is best positioned for selection.
Requirements
- Strategic Account Management: Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Life Sciences Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of regulatory, clinical, and medical writing functions in pharma/biotech.
- Consultative & Advisory Skills: Ability to act as a trusted partner, identify business cases, and design tailored solutions for clients.
- SaaS Platform & Solution Knowledge: Expertise in structured content management systems or similar SaaS platforms, especially regarding their adoption in life sciences.
- Customer Success & Value Creation: Proven capacity to develop customer success plans, drive retention, and expand account footprint.
- Commercial Acumen & Pre-sales Experience: Strong skills in supporting RFP/RFI cycles, proposal development, and networking within target accounts.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, plus the ability to build networks and influence decision-makers across organizations.
- College or university degree is desired.
