About the role
- Develop NLP models (ML-based or rule-based) to support information retrieval and recommendation, particularly within legal documents.
- Maintain and monitor these models in production.
- Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers’ work across different areas of law, ensuring accurate responses and assisting with drafting tasks.
- Collaborate with a range of profiles, including engineers, product managers, and product designers, to identify new product opportunities.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and consolidation of best practices; contribute to the development of our engineering strategy.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (both classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, with ideally some hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes such as Elasticsearch.
- Solid understanding of MLOps challenges, with a strong desire to grow in this area.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence topics.
- Willingness to identify, evaluate, and deploy the latest scientific advances into production.
- Strong Python development skills, with an emphasis on algorithm design.
- Proficiency in French, as you will be working with legal data in French.
