About the role
- Develop NLP models (machine learning-based and non-ML approaches) to support search and information recommendation within legal documents.
- Maintain and monitor these models in production.
- Design conversational agents to accelerate lawyers' work across different legal practice areas, ensuring accurate responses and facilitating drafting tasks.
- Collaborate with various profiles, including engineers, product managers, and product designers, to identify new product development opportunities.
- Share and consolidate internal best practices; contribute to shaping our Engineering strategy.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of machine learning (classical and deep learning) for data extraction and recommendation, ideally with initial experience with LLMs.
- Experience with natural language search engines and inverted indexes such as Elasticsearch.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence topics.
- Desire to identify, evaluate, and integrate the latest scientific advances into production.
- Proficient Python development skills, with a focus on building algorithms.
- Fluency in French, as you will work with legal data in French.
