About the role
- Full sales cycle management: qualify inbound leads, understand customer needs, present solutions, negotiate and close deals.
- Opportunity tracking: proactive use of the CRM and prioritization of opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
- Market knowledge development: maintain active market monitoring and propose sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Sales experience: significant experience as an Account Executive, Business Developer or in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment or selling B2B solutions.
- Full sales cycle: proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle (qualification, negotiation, closing).
- Results-oriented: strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent prioritization skills.
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with a range of stakeholders.
