Join Docplanner's Global Legal Team supporting Legal, Risk & Compliance operations across the group
Combine legal operations with technical coordination and collaborate closely with the Legal Tech Team
Handle and manage data protection workflows, risk and governance projects, contracts, litigation, IP, labour processes, and regulatory requirements
Lead adoption and maintenance of Docplanner's legal tech stack (including GenAI-powered tools): scope needs, identify solutions, design and manage implementation and roll-out
Project-manage cross-functional projects involving Legal, Risk & Compliance, Tech & Product, and Finance; manage technical timelines and stakeholder requirements
Coordinate and manage complex data protection initiatives (automating data deletion, anonymisation, encryption, cookie consent systems, DSAR automation, ROPA maintenance)
Design, implement and maintain legal- and privacy-focused KPIs and metrics dashboards (contract requests, anonymisation success rates, GDPR compliance metrics, data retention analytics)
Support implementation of regulatory compliance APIs (eg DSA transparency reporting) by mapping legal obligations to technical specifications
Execute and review SQL queries for data extraction, anonymisation verification, and compliance reporting across multiple database environments
Create and maintain technical documentation: data flow diagrams, privacy impact assessments, technical specifications for compliance tools
Report to the group's Chief Legal and Risk Officer and work closely with the Global Legal Operations Manager
Requirements
Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
Additional European languages a strong plus
Experience in project management, product development, operations management or administration
Experience in contract management or legal & compliance-related operations a plus
Technical background with coding / vibe-coding experience or strong technical aptitude
Familiarity with software development concepts, database management, and API integrations
Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) SQL and data analysis tools; ability to work with large datasets
Experience with project management tools such as Jira
Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Superset, Tableau, or similar
Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team coordination
Ability to be proactive and work autonomously
Quick decision-making, strong business judgement, detail-oriented and well-organised
Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
Must already have legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role (no visa sponsorship)
