About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product for clients in Chile.
  • Work on optimizing filters and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstration, follow-up, and closing.
  • Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets.
  • Map customers' current use of products to enhance their outcomes, with a focus on customer loyalty and retention.
  • Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product functions properly for customers.

Requirements

  • Advanced Spanish (verbal and written communication).
  • Experience in inside sales and/or B2C SaaS.
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with the SPIN sales methodology.
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations in a clear, instructional, and objective manner.
  • Organized, disciplined, with strong sales pipeline management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and a focus on expansion targets.
  • Residence in Curitiba or the metropolitan region, with the ability to attend the office twice a week.
