About the role
- Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product for clients in Chile.
- Work on optimizing filters and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, demonstration, follow-up, and closing.
- Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets.
- Map customers' current use of products to enhance their outcomes, with a focus on customer loyalty and retention.
- Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product functions properly for customers.
Requirements
- Advanced Spanish (verbal and written communication).
- Experience in inside sales and/or B2C SaaS.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with the SPIN sales methodology.
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations in a clear, instructional, and objective manner.
- Organized, disciplined, with strong sales pipeline management skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and a focus on expansion targets.
- Residence in Curitiba or the metropolitan region, with the ability to attend the office twice a week.
