Lead recruitment processes in a consultative and structured way, from intake to offer, prioritizing quality, speed and diversity
Conduct competency-based and evidence-based interviews, promoting fair, well-founded hiring decisions focused on future performance
Proactively map and approach talent using advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping and talent engagement strategies
Create a memorable candidate experience, ensuring a humanized, transparent journey consistent with our culture
Analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, hire quality), generating actionable insights for the team and stakeholders
Serve as a guardian of the employer brand, communicating our values authentically at every touchpoint with the market
Requirements
Solid experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments or startups/scale-ups
Experience recruiting for different profiles (sales, operations and/or strategic positions)
Proficiency in competency-based interviewing, advanced sourcing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, Pipefy, etc.)
Ability to influence stakeholders using data, active listening and business acumen
Continuous improvement mindset, with initiative to propose, test and scale solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Portuguese and English (advanced level)
