About the role
- Identify and attract top candidates with specific skill sets to fill niche positions
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements
- Review and post job adverts on specialized job boards to attract target candidates
- Review and process applications in a timely manner
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as online platforms and social media to identify candidates
- Implement candidate attraction strategies to cultivate talent communities
- Engage with potential candidates through outreach and networking events
- Conduct and present market research on industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Pre-screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
- Share market insights with hiring groups while consulting on sourcing strategies
- Promote employer brand and accurately record candidate interactions using ATS
- Stay updated with industry best practices and suggest process improvements
- Foster diversity by sourcing candidates from various backgrounds.
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required
- Deep understanding of a certain industry is required
- Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and market analysis skills
- Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently
- Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively
- Continuous learning about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
