About the role
- Conduct full recruitment processes (resume/candidate sourcing, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and providing assessments).
- Manage all stages of the selection process autonomously and remotely.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and selection is required.
- Must reside in Blumenau or the surrounding area.
- Must have own laptop.
- Availability to work during business hours.
- Preferred: currently studying for or holding a degree in Human Resources (HR) or Psychology.
