Manager

• Our Programme Delivery Manager oversees our project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing both client-facing and internal projects, with a focus on technical delivery in the claim management space. This role is also responsible for leading our team of Project Managers, acting as the primary contact for key clients to ensure their needs are met.

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and pieces of work simultaneously and provide project status reports to key stakeholders as required.

• Execute and automate the creation of resource groups, storage accounts, and tagging
• Maintain least-privilege access through disciplined RBAC and Privileged Identity Management processes
• Continuously monitor Azure Policy and Microsoft Defender for Cloud alerts
• Oversee the lifecycle of VMs and managed services, including provisioning, backup/restore validation, and key rotation
• Serve as the initial point of contact for Azure-related incidents and requests
• Collaborate with the team lead and systems architect to review the current Azure environment, identifying areas for optimization
• Assist in the migration or restructuring of resources, updating scripts, templates, and runbooks to reflect new standards
