About the role

  • Lead the social media strategy for Spain, France, and Portugal, ensuring strong consistency with our brand identity, tone of voice, and business goals.
  • Design clear messaging frameworks and content pillars for each market and channel.
  • Set measurable goals per platform, balancing brand awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, and AI-driven content opportunities.
  • Produce and oversee content (including video-first formats) that resonates with our audience and reflects market nuances.
  • Conduct monthly reporting with actionable insights, analyzing performance data, platform updates, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Manage social media budgets, ensuring efficient and ROI-driven performance.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, including scouting, negotiations, partnerships, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Design, PR, and Campaign teams to ensure influencer and social efforts align with broader business priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of paid social strategies and campaign creation, focused on driving engagement and website traffic.
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English (professional level).
  • French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, beauty, health, or personal care is a plus.
  • 3+ years in social media roles, ideally with exposure to influencer campaigns and multichannel content strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in both strategic and hands-on tasks.
  • Comfort being on camera and creating video-led content when needed.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for innovation, trends, and AI tools.
