About the role

Conduct outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, video meetings, in-person visits) to engage potential marina partners.
Qualify leads through comprehensive discovery, understanding each marina’s goals, challenges, and processes.
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s unique needs, clearly articulating Dockwa’s value proposition and return on investment.
Present proposals and lead pricing discussions, ensuring deals are structured to benefit both the client and Dockwa.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at marinas.
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
Gather and synthesize market feedback, relaying it to Product and Marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management and forecasting.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to tailor deals within established guardrails.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct persuasive product demonstrations.
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and a solid understanding of the customer persona (in this case, marinas)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
