- Collaborate for Growth: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify up-sell opportunities and ensure the "Docebo Heart" is felt at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- SaaS Navigator: You bring a proven track record of managing a renewable book of business within the SaaS world, specifically within the e-learning or L&D industry.
- Bilingual Connector: You are professionally fluent in both Italian and English, possessing the ability to navigate complex business discussions and build deep rapport in both languages.
- Consultative Genius: You use a mix of logic, data analysis, and wisdom to make sound decisions and provide innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Tech-Savvy Specialist: You have a solid grasp of enterprise systems (SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS) and a foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Empathy Warrior: You possess the unique ability to balance high-level business objectives with deep human empathy, building unbreakable rapport with your stakeholders.
- Communication Powerhouse: You are an expert at delivering technical presentations and explaining complex products in an upbeat, engaging, and persuasive manner.
- Data Translator: You don't just look at numbers; you analyze usage metrics and data to drive meaningful conversations and strategic objectives.
- Salesforce Native: You are comfortable navigating CRM tools, with a strong preference for those who already know their way around Salesforce.
