  • Develop and oversee a global experiential strategy that infuses Docebo’s unique brand identity into every activation, ensuring a seamless aesthetic and message worldwide.
  • Act as a strategic strike-partner to Sales and Account Management by designing high-touch pre-event warm-ups and post-event follow-ups that skyrocket conversion and loyalty.
  • Own the end-to-end attendee experience, obsessing over every detail from the first registration click to the final onsite "wow" moment and beyond.
  • Tailor experiences that resonate deeply with everyone from hands-on product experts to C-suite decision-makers, delivering unique value at every level.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of specialists, evolving their mindset from "logistics-first" to "experience-first" project management excellence.
  • Own the strategy for third-party events, webinars, roadshows, and flagship *Inspire* conference to create massive market impact.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Content teams to ensure innovations and thought leadership are the stars of the show.
  • Maintain elite standards for vendor negotiations and budget management while leveraging Asana, CVENT, and Salesforce to keep the engine humming.
  • Define and monitor KPIs that prove both brand sentiment and pipeline impact, delivering high-level insights directly to the executive suite.

  • Proven track record of building integrated brand experiences within the high-tech or B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Expertise at partnering with Sales to drive measurable revenue through experiential tactics.
  • World-class mentor with the interpersonal skills to lead teams through fast-paced, global environments.
  • Fluent in the tools of the trade, including Asana, CVENT, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for financial management and rigorous vendor contract negotiation.
