Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition Ops experience, in a fast-moving SaaS or high-growth tech company environment
- Ownership and optimization of ATS (bonus points if experience with Ashby)
- Keen eye for recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Ability to turn data insights into TA strategy
- Experience in headcount forecasting and capacity planning
- Project management of cross-functional projects
- Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools
