About the role
- Design and execute physical product packaging that aligns with brand standards, enhances shelf presence, and delivers a premium unboxing experience.
- Create high-performing Amazon creative assets, including A+ Content, gallery images, storefront graphics, and ad visuals, with a strong focus on conversion and brand storytelling.
- Maintain and optimize the Amazon brand presence, continuously refining visuals to improve clarity, consistency, and customer engagement.
- Produce print-focused B2B marketing materials, including catalogs, one-sheets, postcards, and trade show graphics, to support sales and retail initiatives.
- Develop infographic-style designs that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and technical details across print and digital formats.
- Design creative assets for direct-to-consumer and B2B campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by developing and maintaining internal brand assets, including guidelines, presentations, and brand documentation.
- Design apparel graphics and promotional merchandise, including team apparel, event swag, and customer giveaways.
- Create B2C shipping and retention materials, such as inserts, bounce-back cards, and flyers, to enhance the post-purchase experience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into effective, production-ready designs.
- Manage and organize digital design files and asset libraries to ensure accessibility and efficiency across teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and photographers to oversee production and ensure high-quality print and digital deliverables.
- Support the design team's growth by assisting with hiring and mentoring junior designers as the team expands.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with direct-to-consumer products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and creative digital marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing concepts, with a focus on maintaining and evolving a brand identity.
- Strong knowledge of designing for both digital and print applications, including product packaging, apparel/stickers, and illustrative work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
