About the role

  • Serve as the key contact for enabling new payment methods and capabilities in APAC markets.
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure timely enablement and testing of payment processors.
  • Ensure credential requests and onboarding for new merchants and payment partners are within SLAs.
  • Receive and analyze local and regional mandates, assessing operational and business impacts.
  • Ensure changes are properly communicated and implemented across countries.
  • Support internal communication of regional mandates and maintain centralized mandate logs.
  • Validate enhancement estimates and assess operational impact of new features or configurations.
  • Monitor processor performance and risk appetite across markets.
  • Track implementation timelines and ensure alignment between global initiatives and local execution.
  • Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems up to date with project and partner information.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to roll out new payment features or integrations.
  • Act as the bridge between strategic planning and operational readiness for Payins projects.
  • Support business continuity and issue escalation processes with structured communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or partnerships/operations enablement roles.
  • Strong network of partnerships with local acquirers, processors, FinTech companies
  • Strong understanding of payment methods, processors, and local payment ecosystems in APAC.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to operational detail.
  • Clear communicator, proactive problem solver, and self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
