About the role
- Lead the company’s annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring inputs and timelines are aligned across Finance, Product, Commercial, and Ops.
- Drive end-to-end objective setting and KPI tracking to ensure the organization remains focused on its top priorities.
- Maintain the rhythm of executive meetings, ensuring every forum results in clear decisions, documented trade-offs, and rigorous follow-up.
- Own the production of high-quality Board materials and executive readouts, translating complex data into crisp narratives and recommendations.
- Support the C-level with prep, Q&A, and action tracking for Board meetings and strategic off-sites.
- Lead some of the highest impact projects at the company focused on future opportunities.
- Lead "internal consultant" projects such as org design, automation projects, workflow optimization, and efficiency drives.
- Partner with Tech and Product to automate KPI reporting and recurring analytics, reducing manual work and improving decision speed.
- Act as the "glue" between departments (Legal, Reg, Finance, etc.) to ensure strategic decisions are measurable and stick.
Requirements
- Experience: ~4–7 years in top-tier strategy consulting, in-house corporate strategy, or a former Chief of Staff role at a high-growth tech/fintech company.
- "Builder & Doer" Mentality: You possess high systems-level thinking but are willing to "get your hands dirty" to get the job done in typical dLocal fashion.
- Structured Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to turn messy, ambiguous questions into clear frameworks and executive-grade narratives.
- Gravitas & Presence: You are comfortable interacting with and influencing C-level executives and Board members.
- Attention to Detail: Methodical and organized; you never lose the "strategic forest for the trees" while managing complex data and timelines.
- Technical Literacy: An automation mindset with the ability to spot process bottlenecks and implement tooling/integrations.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
