About the role

  • Primary point of contact for sales and communication with the relevant internal interfaces
  • Processing and handling of early contract terminations (early buyouts)
  • Performing contract processing for contract expirations, follow-on financing and refinancing
  • Reviewing and processing customer-initiated corporate transactions
  • Handling general customer inquiries (changes to bank details, issuing balance confirmations, etc.)
  • Processing comprehensive (casco) and liability insurance claims
  • Requesting insurance applications and monitoring responses / managing insurance correspondence
  • Reviewing and processing incoming vehicle registration documents (Registration Certificate Part II)
  • Managing and processing follow-ups as well as ongoing reporting
  • Contract archiving

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in banking/financial services, or a comparable degree
  • Initial professional experience in a commercial role
  • Experience in finance and leasing business desirable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, combined with solution-oriented thinking and approach
  • Structured, service- and results-oriented working style
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data administration
  • Willingness to perform and a team-oriented mindset, combined with high flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing and shaping processes
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
