About the role
- Manage the end-to-end sales support process: applications, credit approvals, documentation, and settlements.
- Act as the first point of contact for sales queries and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure timely and accurate deal processing.
- Handle AML procedures and ensure compliance with Financial Economic Crime (FEC) requirements.
- Monitor pipelines, follow up on pending deals, and proactively manage workflow.
- Champion process improvements and digital adoption to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in sales or business support, finance, banking or administration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
- Tertiary qualifications are a plus.
