Administer the Workload management services in a global and diverse environment.
Install, configure, upgrade, improve and maintain the Control-M environment.
Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs and scheduling issues.
Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers and other infrastructure components.
Collaborate with developers and business users to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements.
Develop, test and implement policies and procedures for Control-M job scheduling.
Design and deploy Windows-based infrastructure solutions.
Implement automation scripts for deployment (Infra as code), monitoring, and maintenance.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
Manage and maintain our virtualization platforms, servers, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Work with development teams to optimize application performance on Windows platforms.
Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and end-users.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible.
Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and security incidents.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience within IT Infrastructure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
- 3+ years of coding experience
Skills:
- Control-M Administrator
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent Infra coding skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
