About the role

  • Administer the Workload management services in a global and diverse environment.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, improve and maintain the Control-M environment.
  • Manage and troubleshoot batch workflows, jobs and scheduling issues.
  • Monitor and maintain Control-M Agents, Servers and other infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with developers and business users to ensure Control-M jobs meet business requirements.
  • Develop, test and implement policies and procedures for Control-M job scheduling.
  • Design and deploy Windows-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Implement automation scripts for deployment (Infra as code), monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
  • Manage and maintain our virtualization platforms, servers, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Work with development teams to optimize application performance on Windows platforms.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and end-users.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Ansible.
  • Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and security incidents.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • - 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • - Proven experience within IT Infrastructure.
  • - Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
  • - 3+ years of coding experience
  • Skills:
  • - Control-M Administrator
  • - Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services
  • - Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
  • - Excellent Infra coding skills
  • - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
