About the role
- Develop and maintain a mapped network of workshops, body shops, and other services suppliers, ensuring coordination and performance monitoring.
- Defining service conditions.
- Analyze partner performance and define KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Provide clear instructions to the network to ensure secure monitoring of repair downtime in compliance with established authority protocols.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Mandatory languages: Italian (fluent) and English (fluent), written and spoken.
- Preferred: Knowledge of French or German.
- Previous experience in supplier and/or network management, with a minimum of 5 years required.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
