About the role
- Proactively manage and grow relationships with major customers and partners through regular face-to-face meetings and ongoing engagement.
- Increase new business volume and DLL’s share of partner activity by implementing consistent call cycles, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and execute tailored program strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for existing partners.
- Provide training and development support to partner sales teams to enhance finance penetration and attract high-quality customers.
- Actively monitor and follow up on sales leads within the pipeline, ensuring timely engagement with both existing partners and potential prospects.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for non-standard inquiries, including pricing adjustments, changes to terms and conditions, priority deal handling, and settlement exceptions.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and implement process improvements that streamline application handling, credit approvals, and settlement procedures.
- Work closely with DLL’s Sales Support teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role, demonstrating capability and results.
- Prior experience in the agriculture industry is highly regarded.
